Game recap from Sunday.

Downtown Salon continues to add to their winning streak. The first game pit Lou's Detail versus Downtown Salon. Sporting their new yellow jerseys, Downtown Salon got on the board quick with the help of Doc Rehm, they never looked back after that. Reed Conrad had a career day, leading his team with 5 goals. Lou's Detail hustled and fought but never gained the lead throughout the game. Louis DeSimini led his team with 4 goals. 

The second game of the night featured Team Legends versus Downtown Salon. Downtown Salon came out strong in the first period but couldn't find a way to get pucks in the back of the net. Team Legends took advantage of a tired Downtown squad, scoring 3 goals in the first period. The second period featured solid defensive play and good goal tending from both teams. At the beginning of the third period, Downtown was down by 3 goals. Throughout the third, Downtown Salon pulled out all the stops and scored twice in the first five minutes. Team Legends answered back with a goal of their own, but for the last 10 minutes of the game Downtown Salon controlled the pace and scored 4 more unanswered goals. During the final minute of play, Reed Conrad was called for interference. Team Legends had the definite players advantage when they pulled their goalie and played 5 v 3 for the final 30 seconds, but they couldn't get a shot on net. The game winning goal came from Matt Willard as Downtown Salon triumphed over Team Legends with a final score of 7 to 6.
